⚡ The n8n for LinkedIn outreachTry it yourself: add a node to the workflow
You just built your first LinkedFlow.
Run this workflow →Built together with early LinkedFlow users: founders, agencies and sales teams building smarter LinkedIn outbound.
Sequences follow orders.
LinkedFlow makes decisions.
A prospect may accept today, reply tomorrow, or engage with your content before connecting. Why should everyone walk through the exact same sequence?
Traditional LinkedIn sequence
- Send invite
- Wait 2 days
- Send message
- Wait 3 days
- Send follow-up
LinkedFlow
- Invite
- Wait for the “accepted” event
- Message
- Wait for the “reply” event
- Reply detected → STOP
Your funnel isn't linear.
Your automation shouldn't be either.
Never be this bot.
Your prospect just replied. A traditional automation doesn't always know. LinkedFlow does.
- Workflow paused for that prospect, instantly.
- Future messages cancelled — no more absurd follow-ups.
- Conversation assigned to a person to take over.
LinkedFlow detects when a real conversation begins and automatically stops the rest of the workflow. Stop on reply. Always.
Try Stop on Reply →Don't automate messages.
Automate processes.
From a Sales Navigator search to a qualified conversation. Visually build everything that should happen along the way.
Search → Score → Outreach
Turn a Sales Navigator search into a complete prospecting process.
Comment → DM
Turn the engagement on your posts into conversations, automatically.
AI → Human Approval
Use AI without fully handing over control of your communication.
Reply → Stop → CRM
When a conversation begins, automation ends and selling begins.
LinkedFlow in 90 seconds.
This is how a traditional sequence works
Every single prospect walks the exact same path, no matter what happens.
The problem: real life is not a sequence
One accepts today. Another replies tomorrow. Another comments on your post before connecting. A rigid sequence notices none of it.
LinkedFlow: events, conditions and logic
You design the process on a visual canvas. Every prospect follows the path that fits them.
Start with a search and a score
Only prospects that match your ideal customer enter the flow.
The invite waits for the real event
No “wait 2 days and fire”: the flow continues when the prospect actually accepts.
AI drafts. You approve.
Every message is personalized with the prospect's context — and goes through your hands if you say so.
They reply → the workflow stops
Future messages are cancelled and the conversation goes to a person. Always.
Your LinkedIn. Your logic.
And when something important happens, send it wherever you need: CRM, webhook, your systems.
Build my first workflowAI where it adds value.
Humans where it matters.
It researches. It personalizes. It drafts. But you decide when a person must approve before the flow continues.
- Lead
- Research
- AI drafts the message
- Human review: approve / edit / reject
- Send
Workflows react to real events.
Each event can trigger a different branch of your flow.
If you can describe the logic, you can build it.
Conditions on score, role, country, behavior, or any prospect field. The builder turns them into branches of your workflow.
AND Country = Spain
AND Role contains “Founder”
THEN Send connection request
ELSE Stop
Automation with control.
You define the rules. LinkedFlow enforces them.

Frequently asked questions
How is LinkedFlow different from Waalaxy, HeyReach or Expandi?
Those tools run sequences: invite → message 1 → 2 → 3, the same for everyone. LinkedFlow is LinkedIn Workflow Automation: a visual, event-driven builder with conditions, n8n-style. You design what happens when a prospect connects, replies, waits or matches a condition — and the flow decides each prospect's path.
What happens when a prospect replies?
Automation stops for that prospect (stop-on-reply is a global engine rule), future messages are cancelled and the conversation is assigned to a person to take over. We never send an automatic follow-up after a reply.
Is it safe for my LinkedIn account?
We work with automation under control, not absolute promises: daily limits per action, time windows, automatic pauses, a circuit breaker and stop-on-reply are part of the engine. Honestly: nobody can guarantee “zero risk” — distrust anyone who promises it. LinkedFlow is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn, and the use of third-party automation tools may be subject to LinkedIn's terms.
Does the AI send messages without me seeing them?
Only if you decide so. You can place a human-approval node wherever you want: the AI drafts with the prospect's context and the message waits in your inbox until you approve, edit or reject it.
How does the trial work?
