This policy describes how personal data is processed on the linkedflow.pro website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

a) Contact by email
If you write to us to request access or information (for example, via the "Request access" buttons), we will process your email address, your name if you include it and the content of your message, for the sole purpose of handling your request and managing early access to the service.
b) Technical browsing data
The server hosting this website records technical data strictly necessary to provide the service and guarantee its security (IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL and user agent). These logs are used exclusively for the operation, security and diagnostics of the service.
c) What we do NOT do on this website
- We use no cookies or third-party analytics, advertising or tracking technologies.
- We build no profiles and make no automated decisions about visitors.
- We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Legal basis
- Contact and access requests: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Technical server logs: legitimate interest in the security and continuity of the service (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Retention periods
- Contact emails are kept for as long as the relationship lasts or until you request their deletion.
- Technical server logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
5. Recipients and processors
No data is transferred to third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors:

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk: TLS encryption on all communications, restricted access to systems and server activity logging.
8. The LinkedFlow platform
This policy covers the informational website linkedflow.pro. The processing of data within the LinkedFlow application (app.linkedflow.pro) — including LinkedIn prospecting data processed on behalf of its users — is governed by its own terms and data processing agreement, available to users of the service.
